Cleaning Fee

A mandatory cleaning fee of $200 per event will be applied to all rentals. This fee covers standard post-event cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, restroom servicing, and removal of general trash. Renters are expected to leave the venue in good order; excessive mess, damage, or failure to remove event-specific décor, props, or equipment may result in additional cleaning or repair charges billed at actual cost. The cleaning fee helps ensure that every renter and guest enjoys a professional, well-maintained facility.

Nonprofit Discount

A 30% discount on rental rates is available to qualified nonprofit organizations. To be eligible, the organization must:

    1. Be recognized as a current tax-exempt nonprofit by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), as verified through the IRS Exempt Organizations Search at https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/.
    2. For Florida-based nonprofit corporations, also be registered and in good standing with:
